FT OR PT RECYCLING TRUCK DRIVER/ADMIN

We are seeking someone who has truck driving experience and could drive a 24' box truck, but ideally could also participate in some of our office operations, including answering phones and emails. We are flexible on the schedule, ranging from part time 16 hours a week to full time 40 hours a week (Mon-Fri roughly during business hours).

The ability to perform strenuous physical activity as well as accomplish office tasks in a professional yet relaxed atmosphere is required. This is a great opportunity to develop multiple skills, have fun and make a difference.

The main task would be to assist on our local trucking routes as a driver (starting as a truck helper until comfortable with the routes). There is also room for taking on other responsibilities such as assisting in our warehouse, helping manage client recycling programs, and performing office tasks.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience driving a truck
Driver's license with proof of clean driving record
Willingness and ability to do physical work
Friendly demeanor and ability to work well with customers and coworkers
Interest in helping the environment

Helpful Skills:

Knowledge of the Boston area
Computer skills
Environmental project/job experience

*Need to work more than 24 hrs/week to be eligible for benefits. Vacation time would be pro-rated for part-time work.

PART-TIME RECYCLING TRUCK HELPER

We are looking for someone available to work one, two, or three days per week (possible days: Mon-Thurs, high preference for one of the days being Thurs) as a recycling assistant on our trucks. It would be 6-8 hours per day, and pay is $18/hour (with pro-rated benefits).

Minimum Requirements:

Friendly, comfortable interacting with customers, able to do physical work and lift 50 lbs.
